Once you have earned your MXG Cash Reward, the motocross store credit will be applied to your online account within 24 hours after the qualifying purchase is updated to “Shipped.” Then, you’re good to use that store credit on your next order.

Signing up for our motocross gear customer reward program is easy. All you have to do to earn points is click “CREATE AN ACCOUNT” at the top of the page. Fill out your information to create your account, and you’re ready to start earning MXG Cash. It’s as simple as that! And don’t forget to log in to your account each time you order MX riding gear with us. Checking out as a “Guest” will not allow you to collect your store credit.

  • Credit may not be available to accounts prior to 24 hours from the time of purchase.
  • Credit earned or redeemed does not apply to tax.
  • Credit is earned and redeemable by the email address on account only.
  • Credit is non-transferable.
  • Credit may only be redeemed for purchases and has no cash value.
  • Credit is accumulated by current purchases only.
  • MXgear.com reserves the right to make changes to or end this program at any time. Any rewards earned prior to such actions will be honored.
  • MXG Cash may not be redeemed for credit to a payment method or actual US dollars, it may only be redeemed for items on our website.
  • Memberships without any activity after a year may be canceled without notice.
  • Unused points never expire.

What happens when I return an item that earned MXG Cash?

If you return an item that earned MXG Cash Rewards, the rewards earned by that purchase will be deducted from your account. If the MXG Cash Reward has already been used, we will deduct that amount from the total refund that is credited to your original method of payment.

Exclusions: MXG Cash can not be earned nor applied to the following Brands: Fox, Klim, Moose Racing, Thor, and Z1R
